"Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments."
— Nikola Tesla
Let The Future Tell The Truth
Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments.
About this quote
Nikola Tesla expressed this sentiment in remarks quoted by John J. O'Neill in Prodigal Genius (1944), Tesla's first major biography. By the 1930s Tesla was largely marginalized in the scientific community — dismissed for his claims about a death ray and wireless power transmission — but he remained confident that later generations would vindicate his ideas. His alternating current system had by then become the global standard for electrical power.
