Without trust, teams develop Fear of Conflict (artificial harmony instead of productive debate). Without healthy conflict, there's Lack of Commitment (ambiguity about decisions). Without commitment, there's Avoidance of Accountability (low standards). Without accountability, there's Inattention to Results (ego and status over collective outcomes).
